the apartment was clean and tidy. the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i found the service to be consistently wonderful.
i ordered a cot eight weeks prior to my arrival but it was not in my room upon check-in. i waited over an hour for the cot which was not ideal since i had a ten-month-old baby.

the apartment is located a short ten-minute drive from the city center. i noticed taxis are readily available in front of the building. there is also 24/7 security with a guard dog adding to the peace of mind.

i thought that there was no equipment provided in the apartment. i would have expected basic equipment such as salt and pepper. i also thought washing liquid and pans were missing.

there was no prayer mat. i have asked for that but didn't get it. there was no muslim shower either.

i was very pleased with the cleanliness of the apartment. the two swimming pools were a great addition. the staff were always available, offering prompt assistance whenever needed. they changed towels frequently, ensuring i always had fresh ones.
i found that the sofa bed bedding was not initially in the room. sheets were provided, but i had to use a pillow from the main bed. this was a minor inconvenience, but it was resolved quickly.
